Affordable Options
At Pierce Orthodontics, our goal is to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget!
Payments & Financing
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we’ll inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.
We also accept health saving accounts (HSAs) and flexible spending accounts (FSAs), as well as flexible financing options, including:
- Payment-in-Full Discount: This plan entitles you to receive discount off of the active treatment fee depending on the payment method and treatment length.
- CareCredit: With CareCredit, you can finance 100% of your treatment. There are no upfront costs, annual fees, or pre-payment penalties. So you can begin your treatment immediately, and conveniently pay with low, monthly payments. Learn More about CareCredit and Apply Now >
- In-Office Zero Percent Financing: An initial payment of approximately 20% of the treatment fee is payable with a balance divided over the estimated months in treatment. No finance charges are incurred during your treatment.
Insurance
Our Pierce Orthodontics team members are experts in helping you determine your insurance coverage — and we’re committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits as part of our pledge to making great smiles as affordable as possible.
If you have insurance that covers any portion of orthodontics treatment, we’re always willing to help you discover your benefits before or during your first free visit.
Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so while we can only estimate your coverage, we’ll review your insurance to determine the course of action that best fits your budget and orthodontic needs.
Here are just some of the insurance plans we accept:
- Advantica
- Aetna
- Anthem
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna
- Delta Dental
- Guardian
- Humana
- Metlife
- Principal
- United Concordia
- United Healthcare
- And more!
Once treatment has started, we’ll file your claims for you. And if your benefits change during treatment, please let us know so we can help you navigate the insurance process.
