Let’s look at a breakdown of what you can expect at your or your child’s first appointment at our Mt. Pleasant office.
We know your time is valuable. That’s why we’re happy to start your treatment as soon as you complete your first consultation.
If you’re ready to begin once we’ve completed your consultation, we’ll take your X-rays and photos so that you’re one step closer to a beautiful, healthy smile.
Financing & Insurance
After your examination, our office manager will review your insurance and other financial arrangements with you. You’ll receive an exact fee — not an estimate — so that you’ll know the exact cost of your treatment before you begin.
Consultation & Examination
Your first appointment will last about 30 minutes. During this time, Dr. Tim will perform a thorough orthodontic examination and explain your treatment options and recommendations. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to discuss your and/or your child’s concerns one-on-one with Dr. Tim.
And if one parent can’t attend this first appointment, no sweat — just let us know and we can set up a phone conference with you after hours to discuss in further detail and address any additional concerns you may have.
